Interesting ... Perhaps even true. Does it matter?
The 16th Amendment to the Constitution was never legally ratified, yet the IRS and the Courts will throw you in jail if you don't pay taxes. Do you think a technicality like this is going to keep the DNC's candidate out of the Whitehouse?
